Babel Eco-Shop and Refill Station

  • Display of large dispensers and bottles with body lotion, coconut oil, body wash, and laundry soap on a rustic wooden shelf in a store or spa setting.

    The vision

Babel Guesthouse is home to Cambodia's first Eco-Shop and Refill Station, located in our lobby in Siem Reap's Wat Bo neighbourhood.

We make it easy for travellers and locals to choose plastic-free alternatives — reducing waste, supporting local businesses, and changing the conversation around sustainability in Cambodia.

  • Person filling a white bottle with a liquid from a large container, wearing a white shirt with green leaf patterns and brown shorts.

    Refill not Landfill

Forgot your conditioner at home? Or did you just run out of mosquito repellent? Don’t worry, we got you covered.

Bring your empty bottle or take a donated container from our recycling box and fill up on your necessities.

  • Eco-friendly travel essentials including a potted plant, wooden utensils, a reusable cloth bag, a stainless steel container, a biodegradable soap bottle, a collapsible cup, and a small bowl, all arranged on a woven mat.

    Reduce single use

We work with trusted local partners including KAMBIO Nature and Coco Khmer to stock our shelves with ethically produced, plastic-free products.

Every item is chosen with both the environment and local community in mind.
